List your PG or hostel on LiveInRentedListing is free. You pay a fee per bed only when a renter confirms — never upfront, never a subscription. LiveInRented is run by LiveInRented Private Limited.Last updated: October 2026How it works

Create your listing in the LiveInRented app, or on the website at https://liveinrented.com/host: rooms or dorms, rent, deposit, food, house rules and photos.

We visit before it goes live. Somebody checks the rooms, the shared spaces and the amenities against what you listed.

Renters book, you confirm. You have 48 hours to confirm a PG booking and 24 hours for a hostel. You can chat with the renter in the app.

Move-in day is handled. A Move-in Assistant hands over the keys, signs the rental agreement with the renter and records the electricity meter reading.
